Things are going to look a little different around here. And for that—we thank God.

From day one, our mission has been deeply rooted in compassion and connection. We’ve handwritten every single card in our packages, poured our hearts into the smallest of details, and met each family with personal care. But over time, as the demand for support grew, we realized our original model—though meaningful—was no longer sustainable.

Some weeks brought 10+ requests, with each one needing 1–3 handwritten cards. At 10–20 minutes per card, the math simply didn’t add up. We were unintentionally delaying the very support grieving families were waiting for.

So, after much prayer and reflection, we made a shift.
Not in who we serve—but in how we serve them.

We’ve transitioned to beautifully printed cards, featuring the same message of hope, now produced by our friends at Genes Printing and Office Supply. Each package also includes a special insert with the name of the volunteer who prepared it—because personal connection still matters deeply to us.

This wasn’t an easy decision. But we believe that clinging to the past was holding us back from reaching even more families. This new approach allows us to scale with excellence—and still love with intentionality.

We pray that every card still feels like it was written just for you. Because in our hearts—it always is.
